New lettering for the shopping mall

The shopping mall has had a scene-text pass. Thick, outlined floating text has been replaced with restrained physical lettering, and leftover layout and debug text has been removed where it appeared. This image is a production view, not a gameplay capture. Mission and collision checks for the mall are still underway.
