Early Access check-in: 7.2, with three areas at 8

Midnight City now runs smoothly in every district, with the busiest streets holding well above 60 frames a second on a mid-range graphics card, and thirty Career missions played through without a single error. The menus, phone and results screens are where we want them too. That moves performance and the menus to 8, alongside the core delivery run, for 7.2 overall. Next up is real riders with a controller and sound on.
