Cutscenes redrawn in a 16-bit style

All 16 cutscene moments in Deck Builder Football have been redrawn in a 16-bit style. The art now runs at double resolution, with three to four shades per colour, and no panel is stretched. As before, every scene still recolours to each team and skin tone.
