A crackling ball of plasma drifts erratically through the field, lashing out at anything nearby with forked arcs.
How to get it
- Taught by Plasma Medusa when it falls (The Stormcoast).
It is also one of the spells that can open a come-back-later spot in Wickmoor (see Wickmoor).
