Under the fallen slabs
In a beetle hive. A shaft; the combs, four bays of coal eggs (pots) with a hole that drops you back to the shaft; the brood chamber, a diamond whose lava a lever crusts over for the key; the sealed cells, a cross where three blocks find three plates for the big key; the Coal Hive Queen.
Getting in
The way in is at The Coal Hive Pits ("Into the Coal Hive pits").
It needs Rime Pierce. A brittle slag seal closes the Coal Hive pits. Rime Pierce from the Rimewold will crack it.
