Dune Burrower

A blind sand-eel as thick as a barrel, all ring-plates and a round mouth of hot teeth. It feels you through the sand. Water turns its dune to mud it cannot swim through.
How it fights
It dives, and a ridge of sand ploughs toward you, following where you stand; when the ridge stops, a ring of cracks opens - then it bursts up out of the ground.
