A small arcane moth-sprite flutters out of the lantern, circles the wizard, then darts from target to target stinging them with sparks.
How to get it
- A spell shrine at The High Peaks in The Unbound Heights. It is hidden in long grass.
Among the stones east of town, a blue spark hops from rock to rock and leads you to a small shrine carved with a little creature.
