Gearhaven
SpoilerThis page covers the lands past Wickmoor. Show it
Town of The Stormcoast.
Workers chained to the Stormwright's machines: brick and slate under copper roofs, a humming coil mast and turning cog works, rain on wet cobbles, white-blue street lamps; Tinker Jessop works on the machine.
The town torch
Every town has a torch on its plaza. Light it with the staff and it becomes Wick's checkpoint: a fall ends here, resting at the lit torch heals, and a lit torch is also a stop for lantern travel. Resting heals Wick, but it wakes the land's creatures again.
People
- Wella the innkeeper: Keeps the leaky inn; tells guests not to lean on the walls.
- Moss the fishmonger: Sells fish salted, smoked and struck by lightning.
- Old Corran: An old sea hand who remembers the coast before the machines.
- Tinker Jessop: Gearhaven, Stormcoast (lightning). Sabotages the Stormwright's machines from inside.
