Frost ranged spell.
A dense hailstone fired straight and hard. On impact it splits into five shards that fan out and ricochet off the floor, freezing whatever they hit behind the first target.
How to get it
- A spell shrine at The Hail-Cave in The Rimewold.
At the back of the cave, where the hail never stops falling, a shrine furred with rime.
What it opens
- Climb to the belfry door: Bellholm, The Rimewold (leads to Bellholm)
