A halo of hard gold light spins off the staff and whirls once around the wizard, slicing grass and anything in its circle.
How to get it
- A spell shrine at The Bloom Garden in Sunward. It is hidden in long grass.
In the roots of the oldest olive, a ring of stones, and in it a carved circle of light with an edge like a blade.
