Water beam spell.
A roaring high-pressure jet. A thick twisting column of water with a spray cone at the staff and a fan of foam at the far end. It drives the target back across the floor, leaving a wet drag-streak.
How to get it
- Taught by Brinecoil when it falls (The Tidelands).
It is also one of the spells that can open a come-back-later spot in Wickmoor (see Wickmoor).
