Frost shield spell.
A wall of translucent ice slabs heaves up in front of the wizard, casting cold refracted glints and shadows, then shatters.
How to get it
- A spell shrine at The Frost-Wardens Cairn in The Rimewold. Look under the cairn in the north-east corner of The Frost-Wardens Cairn (Rimewold).
A cairn out on the lake ice. Under the top stone, a frost-warden's mark, cold as a wall.
