A blade of pure mana ignites from the staff, cocks back, then cuts one fast, clean arc. It leaves a solid crescent smear burned into the air that fades in a scatter of sparkles.
How to get it
- A spell shrine at The High Peaks in The Unbound Heights. It is under a cairn's top stone.
In the high peaks east of Starwatch, a cairn hums like a struck blade. Under its top stone, a carved edge of light.
