A crystal lance that pierces every target in line, frosting the ground it skims and shattering at the wall.
How to get it
- A spell shrine at The Hollow Drift in The Rimewold. Cut the grass in the north-west corner of The Hollow Drift (Rimewold).
Under the drift, an old shrine of the frost-wardens, its carving full of ice. The words still hold a spell.
