Seam Eater

A tear in the world that learned to crawl: a lipless slit of nothing ringed with white teeth, scuttling on spindly legs of violet light. Light makes it flinch shut.

How it fights

It gapes wide while a seam of violet light zips across the floor toward you, then the floor itself unzips along that line into a snapping mouth of void.

Where to find it

• The Gloaming: The Void Rift
• The Unbound Heights: The Orrery Deeps
• The Aura Wastes: The Glass Fields
• The Phase Hall (The Unbound Heights)
• The Rift Scar (The Gloaming)
• The Shell Vault (The Unbound Heights)
• The Star Cave (The Unbound Heights)

Like every creature, it leaves an aura when it falls. Absorb it to refill your magic.
