Under the smouldering mound
In a toad's warren. A funnel of a way in; a cross-shaped root hall where two blocks find two plates; a smoke-dark side tunnel whose three lamps (the staff, or any fire from range) give the key; a lava pool Beckon throws the sluice lever across, and the lava crusts over to the big key; a ring warren whose floor falls through to the way in; the Slag Matron.
Getting in
The way in is at The Smouldering Mound ("Over the burning logs into the burrow").
It needs Surge. Burning trees block the burrow's mouth, too hot to climb. Something that hurled you forward fast enough would carry you over.
