Three crescent blades of crackling electricity slash out in quick succession, each leaving a hanging after-image of sparks.
How to get it
- Taught by Rail Mantis when it falls (The Stormcoast).
It is also one of the spells that can open a come-back-later spot in Wickmoor (see Wickmoor).
