In the cliff
In a tinker's strongroom. The vault door, two copper coils any lightning spell charges to lift the shutter; the galleries, a cross; the coil room, three coils for the key; the strongroom, a wall of crystal pegs an orb drops for the big key; Sparkvixen.
Getting in
The way in is at The Cliff Vault ("The cliff vault").
It needs Static Field. A vault door of copper and iron, cold and dead. A plate set in the ground before it waits for a charge.
