Squall Kite

A ray-shaped storm creature that rides the cliff winds like a kite, its wing-edges crackling with stored lightning and a long tail of static. Ice weighs its wings down and grounds the charge.
How it fights
It drops three iron-grey rods around you; they hum, then lightning arcs between all three and the triangle between them fills with sparks.
