Turn the great dial true with Telekinesis, clear the Star Court and bring the star-stone chip to Ondine.
Only one of them can have it. Choose who gets it; each choice gives something different.
Rewards

- Give it to Liesl the chartmaker: a clue (a rumour or a hint at a secret)
