Lightning trap spell.
A patch of ground becomes charged: a faint grid of light, and arcs that snap between buried sparks, shocking anything standing in it.
How to get it
- A spell shrine at The Crackling Boulder in The Stormcoast. Break the loose boulder with your staff in the north-east corner of The Crackling Boulder (The Stormcoast).
Behind the boulder, a shrine where the ground itself is carved crackling.
What it opens
- The cliff vault: The Cliff Vault, The Stormcoast (leads to Sparkvixen's Vault)
