A thick blue-black eel with glowing fins that lives in a single tide pool on the Shingle and never leaves it. It hunts by wetting the stones round its pool and then lighting them up. Frost locks its pool and leaves it stuck.
How it fights
It rears out of its pool and spits gobs of seawater that splash dark wet patches round you - one lands right where you stand. Then its fins flare and the pool and every wet patch light up with lightning at once. Get onto dry stone.
Where to find it
Like every creature, it leaves an aura when it falls. Absorb it to refill your magic.
